WHAT IS World Class Hockey?
World Class Hockey was founded in 1991 when a Chicago based
Bantam team first travelled to Nybro, Sweden for a hockey
tournament. Today, World Class Hockey is the largest American
Hockey Tour operator and is a dynamic force in the molding of
teams to travel outside America. World-Class Hockey now
consists of nearly 25 trips per year. There are boys’ and
girls’ teams, all-star youth travel teams, high school teams,
and senior men’s teams who have travelled overseas to compete
in International Events. Since its inception in 1991, World
Class Hockey has made great strides in the hockey and
extra-curricular development for all players in amateur
hockey. It has provided leadership in proper competition,
excellent sites, and the most impressive tours; it has fielded
numerous championship teams; it has provided the opportunity
for players and parents to participate in the most prestigious
hockey events and locations. World Class Hockey has sent over
1500 young players to Sweden, Finland, France, Denmark,
Holland, Norway, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Canada,
Italy and Russia. World Class Hockey is the largest provider of
American ice hockey trips. It has become established as one of
the outstanding hockey trip organizing programs in America. It
provides programs and leadership opportunities for players,
coaches, families, managers, teams and hockey associations
throughout the United States. It has established in the
amateur hockey scene as one of the finest hockey programs in
America. World Class Hockey is dedicated to the development of
today’s youth through Education and Athletic excellence. As
another hockey season begins, World Class Hockey will continue
this tradition.
